Dosage:Single serving of the product - 3 capsules - drink 300 ml of water. Use 2 servings a day.
On training days:1st serving 30 minutes before training, 2nd serving immediately after training.
On non-training days:1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving between meals. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
