Return Instructions
All returned items must include a note with your name, surname, and order number to facilitate the return and refund process.
1. CANCELLATION POLICY
You automatically have the right to cancel your order prior to dispatch. Please contact us immediately after ordering stating you wish to cancel your order. A full refund will be issued providing we receive your cancellation notification before any items are dispatched. If your order has already been dispatched you will have to follow our refund policy below.

2. REFUND POLICY DUE TO CHANGE OF MIND OR INCORRECT PRODUCT ORDERED
Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, therefore if you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will not be included in your refund.
If you are shipping an item over €70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you require a refund and your order total has allowed you to receive free shipping for the initial purchase, a deduction of the shipping cost will be taken from the final refund given to you.
In the unlikely event that an item has been damaged in transit, the item must be returned to us so we can claim against the courier. We will then be able to process your refund or replace the damaged item.
No refunds or replacements for your orders can be made or sent out until they are returned to us. No refund can be made for items arriving late due to a customer or courier error.

We strive to ensure you receive the exact order you placed. Should you receive an incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service department via email at

To ensure product integrity and maintain hygiene standards, we kindly request that you inspect all flavors/products before opening. Opened or unsealed products cannot be exchanged or refunded, as they are considered damaged.
For incorrect items, we offer free return shipping to facilitate a prompt resolution.
4. REFUND POLICY DUE DAMAGED ITEM RECEIVED

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will proceed with a full refund. Please ensure the product is returned in its original packaging to avoid any further issues. We may require further information or photos for processing.
We offer free shipping for the return of damaged items, ensuring a hassle-free process for you.
5. RETURN DUE TO NON-ACCEPTANCE OR NON-COLLECTION
In the event that a parcel is returned to us due to non-acceptance of delivery or failure to collect it from the designated post office within the required timeframe, a restocking fee of 30% of the order value will be applied. Additionally, the original delivery charge will be deducted from the refund amount, even if the order qualified for free delivery.
