1. PRICES
1.1. Prices are subject to change at any time.
1.2. All prices are stated in Euros and are inclusive of VAT.
1.3. All prices are exclusive of shipping costs.
2. TERMS OF PAYMENT
2.1. All sales are subject to pre-payment unless stated differently in the offer or agreement.
2.2. Payment must be received in full before any products will be dispatched. You may be contacted if your payment fails our security checks and this will delay the dispatch further.
3. DELIVERY
3.1. At present, free delivery is offered to all Ireland customers on selected orders.
3.2. Customers will be informed of any delivery charge before ordering.
3.3. All orders made before 2pm are dispatched same working day, orders made after 2pm are sent next working day.
3.4. All Ireland deliveries up to 25kg are sent with AN POST, which in most cases arrive within 2-3 working days.
3.5. Our free delivery service will deliver your goods Mon-Fri between 8am and 6pm. Our carriers can not give specific delivery.
3.6. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of checkout. Please carefully review all address details before finalizing your order. Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify or correct the shipping address. We will ship to the exact address provided, and we cannot be held responsible for any misdeliveries or additional costs incurred due to an incorrect or incomplete address submission
4. VAT
4.1. All prices listed are inclusive of VAT.
5. DAMAGE OR SHORTAGE
5.1. Both private customers and professional customers need to thoroughly check the delivered goods for any defects within 2 days of delivery.
5.2. Notification of damage or shortages must be made to MEGAPUMP as soon as possible and certainly within 2 days of receipt of goods. We must receive the product within 14 days of purchase or we cannot give a refund or replace the item. Once the item in full is received back into our warehouse, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund excluding shipping cost.
5.3. We do not accept no liability for any loss resulting from the Buyer's failure to comply with the Sellers carrier requirements with respect to notification of damage, shortage or non delivery of Goods.
6. AVAILABILITY
6.1. All goods offered are subject to availability.
7. CONFIRMATION OF CONTRACT
7.1. A confirmation e-mail will be sent upon acceptance of a contract of sale.
7.2. This is only possible when a valid e-mail has been submitted with your order.
7.3. Should you fail to receive a 'Confirmation of Order' e-mail after submitting your order, please email megapump.customerservice@gmail.com quoting as much information as possible about your order and we will endeavour to reply to you within a short space of time.
8. ITEMS OUT OF STOCK
8.1. Should an item be out of stock we will email you to ask if you wish to wait for the estimated time of arrival or to cancel your order.
9. COMPLAINTS
9.1. MEGAPUMP take all of our customers seriously and we try to offer them the best possible service available. However if you feel you have something to complain about, you may direct it to megapump.customerservice@gmail.com
