Size:
With your arm straight, measure the circumference of your elbow joint at the widest part.
The sizes are variable due to the stretch of the sleeve, so there is some cross over between measurements. If you prefer a tighter fit select the size down, for a looser fit select the size up
ie, my elbow circumference measures 32 cm. I can purchase a size small for a tight fit on the joint, or a size medium for a less tight support.
