HMB OstroVit
HMB is an organic chemical compound from the group of hydroxy acids (they contain at least one hydroxyl group and one carboxyl group in their molecular structure). It is one of the metabolites of leucine (one of the exogenous amino acids necessary for the proper functioning of our body). Scientific sources say that beta-hydroxy beta-methylbutyrate plays an important role in our body, which is the regulation of protein breakdown.

Ingredients: Calcium beta-hydroxy beta-methylbutyrate (HMB Ca), capsule shell (gelatin, purified water).

Suggested usage: 1 serving: 1 capsule. Take one serving 3 times a day (after waking up, before and after training).
