Although organic sulfur is a component of many different foods, only a small amount of it reaches the human body, which is due to the fact that MSM is a very delicate compound that is easily degraded by cooking or pasteurization. Therefore, a good solution may be to deliver the substance to the body also in the form of dietary supplements.

Glucosamine is an organic chemical compound that is an amine derivative of glucose. In the human body, it is synthesized in small quantities, and the ability to produce it decreases with age. However, the compound can be supplied to the body with food - the substance is found in seafood, in the chitin shells of crustaceans, as well as in the form of dietary supplements. Suggested usage: A recommended portion of 20 g (3 scoops) is mixed in 100-150 ml of water or juice. Consume once a day.
