How to use El Jefe Pre-workout:
This Limited Edition El Jefe is a pre-workout powerhouse that is super flexible.
You can take 1-2 scoops 20-40 minutes before your workout.
*NOTE: A flat scoop is closest to the serving size; no rounded or heaping scoops. 1 or 2 flat scoops.
If you are newer to pre-workouts or if you wanna start slow, take 1 scoop!
If you are an experienced pre-workout user and want the full Jefe experience, take 2 scoops! Ride the wave!
