Pre Jym Pre workout
Pre JYM includes 13 ingredients that complement one another to prime the body for intense workouts, making it a complete Pre workout powder supplement. BCAA's: Taking BCAAs before a workout or any other form of exercise can help improve performance, especially for prolonged physical activity. Pre JYM provides a ratio of 2:1:1 of leucine, Iso-leucine and Valine and provides a total of 6g of BCAAs in total.
Creatine: The benefits of creatine have been extensively researched more than any other supplement ingredient and has been shown to increase muscle strength and muscle growth. Pre Jym Provides 2g of creatine HCL per serving.
Beta-alanine: Pre JYM also contains 2g of beta-alanine. This amino acid combines with the amino acid histidine to form carnosine. Research has demonstrated that this process can increase strength and power, improve recovery and endurance and even promote fat loss and muscle growth. When taken with creatine, beta alanine has been shown to have an enhanced effect as they both work synergistically with each other.
Betaine: Betaine has a host of benefits including the ability to improve muscle strength and power production and can increase protein synthesis at a dosage of 1g. One study on betaine found that it increased bench press power by 20% and muscle force on the bench press by 25%. Pre JYM provides 1.5g of betaine per serving.
Tyrosine: Tyrosine, a proteinogenic amino acid, is one of the amino acids used to synthesize proteins. This amino acid has also shown to support cognition during stress sensitive focus tasks. This provides additional mental support during prolonged exercise and can enhance focus and concentration. This preworkout is packed with a large dose of 1.5g of tyrosine per serving.
Beetroot Extract: Beta vulgaris (beet extract) is a growing ingredient in popularity for physical activity and endurance exercise as it has demonstrated ergogenic potential by reducing the o2 cost of physical activity allowing the body to take on a greater workload than normal. Pre JYM provides 500mg of beet extract per serving.
Pre JYM also includes taurine which is important for endurance and muscle strength and nitric oxide production. When exercising, taurine is depleted compromising strength and endurance levels. It is therefore important to ensure there is sufficient amounts of taurine in the body before training.
There is also 5mg of BioPerine in Pre JYM, a patented extract of the fruit of black pepper that contains piperine which can increase absorption rates by 30-2000%, in each serving of Pre JYM.
It also contains 6g of citrulline malate, 350mg of choline bitartrate, 600mg of N-Acetyl L-Cysteine and 300mg of caffeine anhydrous- all ingredients that act as ergogenic aids.
When to use Pre JYM Preworkout?
Due to being high in caffeine, it is recommended that pre-workout is not consumed within six hours of bedtime. This product is recommended to be consumed 30-45 minutes before training. To ensure your body doesn't become accustomed to the ingredients in Pre JYM, and therefore diminish its effects, it is recommended to take 1-2 weeks off after using this product for 4-8 weeks.
